Four lines, one production floor.
Inlays, printing, encoding and testing happen in the same building, so a change to the chip or the artwork does not become a change of supplier.
RFID Cards
PVC, PET and PETG cards across low, high and ultra-high frequency, with magnetic stripe, signature panel, embossing, barcode and variable data on the same card — offset for volume, digital for short runs.
Wristbands
Silicone, fabric, elastic, vinyl, Tyvek and lanyard formats for events, casualty-free access control and cashless venues. Printed to your artwork, with or without an inlay, closed or adjustable.
Tags & Labels
Laundry and linen tags built for repeated industrial washing, anti-metal tags for pallets and equipment, cable ties, animal ear tags and injectable transponders, NFC stickers and resin-sealed epoxy tags.
Readers
Handheld readers in LF, HF and UHF, supplied matched to the tags we print. Buying both from one supplier removes the most common cause of a failed first deployment: a reader and a tag that were never tested together.
Selection guide
Start with the frequency band.
The band decides the chip, the read distance and the cost of the inlay. It is the first question a quote needs answered.

Process
How an order moves through the building.
Six stages, and a signature before the next one starts. This is the sequence that decides whether a batch reads correctly.

Brief & artwork check
Resolution, colour mode, bleed, trim, chip position and data format are read before quoting. Problems found here are free to fix.

Digital proof
A PDF proof for print and a data layout for variable fields, normally within one business day.

Sample approval
On new designs and larger runs a physical first article ships before mass production. Nothing is printed in volume against an unapproved sample.

Print & lamination
Offset for volume, digital for short runs. Collated, laminated and punched to the finished format.

Chip embedding & encoding
Inlay placement to the position agreed in the proof, then read/write encoding verified against the source file.

QC & dispatch
Three gates: incoming material, in-process print inspection, and every batch read-tested before packing.
